Ahmed Kishta is the Vice President of Client Technology at Accumen, a company that partners with health systems to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency. Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on laboratory technology. He has experience in leading diverse teams in executing initiatives including product development, outreach program creation & growth, technology assessment/enhancement, laboratory information system evaluation and implementation, system centralization and consolidation, data warehouse development, and strategic analysis and planning. Ahmed leads the Client Implementation and Technology Consulting Teams. Ahmed earned a BS, Computer Science degree from Governors State University, and a MS, Health Informatics degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Jay Dalke is the Vice President of Technology of Accumen Technology Solutions. He has over 25 years experience leading engineering and software development across national and international organizations. Jay is a results-focused, visionary, transformative technology business leader with repeated success guiding cross-functional technology and product development teams in the design, redesign, and launch of enterprise solutions. Before joining Accumen, Jay held positions at DataRx Management/RXSense, Nestle, e2e Systems, and Keycentrix. Jay holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and an eMBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Michelle Coovert is the Director of Customer Success for Accumen Technology Solutions, a subsidiary of Accumen, which provides clinical and operations transformation solutions to health systems. Michelle has over 15 years of experience in continuous and process improvement and gathering voice of the customer in the food and beverage and healthcare industries. Michelle holds an MS in Education from Indiana University, BS in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University, and is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
Michelle Phillips is the Director of Solution Design and has been with Accumen for 10 years driving outreach growth through technology solutions. Prior to joining Accumen, Michelle spent 23 years at Quest Diagnostics in Outreach and 7 years at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Operations. She is an accomplished laboratory professional with extensive experience in both hospital and reference laboratory environments. Michelle is an ASCP Certified Medical Technologist earning her BS in Medical Technology from West Liberty University. Michelle has expertise in quality assurance & process, general laboratory operations, healthcare information technology and project management. Michelle is an industry recognized expert in EMR interface development and implementation, HL7 standards, LIS vendor implementation, support center management, and workflow analysis.
Rob Jones is the Manager of Customer Support at Accumen Technology Solutions. He is responsible for the day-to-day performance and efficiency of the Client Technical Support team. Rob has been with Accumen for 8 years and has 20 years experience working in a client technical support environment. He is experienced with training, analyzing information, working with clients, and emphasizing excellence regarding servicing clients. Prior to joining Accumen, he worked at Lincoln Financial Distributor and Clubsystems Group.
Carol is the manager of the Client Implementation team. She oversees the implementation of Accumen’s Applications and Interfaces. Carol has worked across various areas in healthcare for over 20 years, including data analytics, compendium management, interface development, and emergency medicine. She has experience as a SQL report writer with several EMRs, including AllScripts and Epic. She also has several years creating HL7 interfaces for Lab/Imaging/Scheduling/Billing. She has a passion for solving problems, improving processes, and mentoring others. Carol received her MBA from Benedictine University, Lisle, IL and her undergrad Business Administration from Lincoln College, Normal, IL.
Lynn Lund is a Technology Solutions Manager and has been with Accumen for 8 years driving laboratory growth through technology solutions. Prior to joining Accumen, Lynn spent a year doing Laboratory technology consulting work with Stanford Healthcare and 17 years at ACL Laboratory in Operations and Laboratory Technology positions. She is an accomplished laboratory professional with extensive experience in both hospital and reference laboratory environments. Lynn is an ASCP Certified Medical Technologist earning her BS in Medical Technology from Marquette University. Using her skills as an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, Lynn is a results driven leader with proven ability to identify opportunities and generate productive outcomes. Lynn has expertise in general laboratory operations, healthcare information technology and project management.
