Brent Bolton is the VP/GM of Supply Chain and oversees the national Accumen Supply Chain team. His team is responsible for all strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for over 500+ hospitals and 40+ health systems. Brent is a Supply Chain and Materials Management expert with over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing and healthcare industry. He is results driven, and has a proven track record of cost reduction, continuous process improvement, and strategic partnerships. Brent has an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University and a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. Brent is an Adjunct Professor for the College of Business at San Diego State University, teaching graduate courses in management of operations and supply chain systems. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Chain (CPSM), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Eric Jurinic is the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Accumen. He is involved in all aspects of client supply chain initiatives relating to, quality improvement, inventory management purchasing strategy, and cost reduction. Eric previously served as Client Supply Chain Manager for ACL Laboratories. Eric has over ten years of supply chain experience in roles of increasing responsibility at fortune 500 companies spanning multiple disciplines performing complex global market analysis, applying advanced negotiation concepts and has expertise in game theory sourcing. Eric also has regional responsibility for supply chain diagnostic modeling at new client partnerships. Eric holds a BBA in Integrated Supply Chain Matrix Management and a Minor in Economics. In his career, Eric has partnered with several stakeholders and businesses to drive and implement over $150MM in total cost saving initiatives.
Dr. Andrew Fletcher, MD, MBA, CPE, FCAP is the Medical Director of Lab Stewardship and currently serves on the Medical Advisory board at Accumen Inc. Dr. Fletcher is a board-certified anatomic/clinical pathologist, certified physician executive and a fellow of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. He has significant experience in leading quality initiatives that enhance organizations’ safety and value. He is the founder of Eutilogic Consulting, is an active staff CAP Inspector for laboratory accreditation, and is the former medical director of ARUP Consultative Services.
Dr. Fletcher earned his MD from the Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia and his MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He completed a surgery internship at the Geisinger Medical System in Pennsylvania, as well as a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a cytopathology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Chris Crossett is the Director of Supply Chain at Accumen. He is involved in client delivery initiatives relating to laboratory contracting, quality improvement and cost reduction. Chris previously served in this capacity at other Accumen clients. Chris has over six years of experience in healthcare supply chain management, contracting and value analysis. His experience spans leading costing savings initiatives, value analysis committees and complex contract negotiations. Chris has also been responsible for client supply chain management for a portfolio of accounts. In addition to his supply chain management responsibilities, Chris also assists in contract analysis for potential new clients. Chris holds a BS in Health Care Administration along with an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management.
Angela Boutte is a Supply Chain Manager at Accumen. In her role, Angela is responsible for delivering maximum value for clients through execution of cost savings and process improvement initiatives. Angela brings over 22 years of laboratory diagnostics experience to the Accumen team, and she has built her career progressing through one of the leading manufacturers in the diagnostics industry. Angela maintains a strong track record of success and leadership throughout her career, being the leader for several strategic corporate accounts teams on specific strategic initiatives. With her diverse base of experience, Angela has the ability to learn and adapt quickly, which is a key to success in the complex and fast-changing pace of the lab industry. Angela holds a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from Northeast Louisiana University.
Jeremy Wilneff is the Director of Supply Chain for the Ohio Region at Accumen. He is involved in all aspects of client supply chain initiatives relating to, quality improvement, inventory management purchasing strategy, and cost reduction. Jeremy has previously worked for Worthington Industries and Cargill, Inc. Jeremy has over twelve years of supply chain management, operations and process improvement experience in roles of increasing responsibility in the food and automotive industries. Jeremy holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA degree from The Ohio State University. He also has earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Andrew Alexander is a Supply Chain Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Accumen. He is involved in all aspects of client supply chain initiatives relating to quality improvement, inventory management purchasing strategy, and cost reduction. Andrew has over five years of supply chain experience in roles of increasing responsibility at different markets of health care and manufacturing. These experiences lead to multiple disciplines performing complex global market analysis, applying advanced negotiation concepts and has expertise in end-to-end supply chain implementation. Andrew holds a BS of Political Science from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana. In his career, Andrew has partnered with several stakeholders and businesses to drive and implement over $10M in total cost saving initiatives.
Andrew Cleveland is a Supply Chain Manager at Accumen. He is involved in client delivery initiatives relating to laboratory contracting, quality improvement and cost reduction. Andrew previously served as the supply chain manager of the medical surgical and physician preference product categories for the BJC Healthcare system. Andrew has over eight years of supply chain experience in a variety of industries from healthcare to aerospace. His experience spans leading cost savings initiatives, implementing supplier risk management initiatives, as well as contract analysis and design. Andrew has responsibility of client supply chain deliverables. Andrew holds a BS in Engineering Management and a minor in organizational psychology along with an MBA.
Mirjam Wit is a Client Supply Chain Manager at Accumen. In her role, Mirjam is responsible for delivering maximum value for clients through execution of cost savings and process improvement initiatives. Mirjam has over ten years of supply chain experience in a variety of settings including Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution, global humanitarian logistics, and healthcare sourcing. Her experience includes contract alignment and negotiation, healthcare data analytics, supplier performance management, and distribution quality. Mirjam has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in marketing from Boston College. She is trained in DMAIC Six Sigma and Prosci change management. She also served two years with the Peace Corps in Panama.
Hunter Forrest is a Supply Chain Financial Analyst at Accumen. He is involved in all aspects of client supply chain initiatives relating to quality improvement, inventory management, purchasing strategy, and cost reduction. Hunter has worked for the Center for Analytics and United Airlines.
Hunter has over four years of data analysis and visualization experience, in roles of increasing responsibility in the data consulting and airline industries.
Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in National Security from the University of New Haven and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Supply Chain Management at the University of New Haven.
